Akwan is a mysterious oriental fusion rock band based in Bahrain. The band loves to blend ethnic touches to traditional rock and metal flavours. They create their own innovative music and intertwine the bouzouki and bongos along with soft melodic (and sometimes more aggressive) vocal melodies and acoustic guitar riffs. Their music is very unique and colourful often with a touch of nostalgia. Akwan is definitely a band to go listen to if you are looking for a unique artistic journey.
